My child has never studied Japanese before. Is that okay?
Absolutely! No prior experience is needed at all. We start from the very beginning — greetings, simple words, and hiragana — at a pace that feels comfortable and fun for your child.
I don't speak Japanese at all. Can I still communicate with you?
Absolutely. I am fully bilingual in Japanese and English. All communication with parents — including lesson summaries and progress updates — is provided in English. You don't need to know a single word of Japanese.
How do we schedule the lesson?
Please message me before placing your order so we can find a time that works for your timezone. I am based in Japan (JST) and aim to accommodate families in different time zones as much as possible.
What do we need to prepare for the lesson?
Just a device with Zoom installed and a stable internet connection. No textbooks or materials are needed — I will prepare everything for your child. A quiet space where your child can focus is also helpful.
