Do you provide the source PSD file after delivery?
Source files aren't included by default, but you can request one as an add-on or as part of a custom offer — just mention it before ordering.
My photo isn't high resolution — can you still work with it?
I can work with most photos, but the final quality depends on your source image. If a photo is too low-res or blurry for a clean result, I'll let you know before we start so there are no surprises.
What's the difference between your packages?
Basic is for quick single-image touch-ups. Standard covers multiple images with retouching and background work. Premium is for more involved edits — manipulation, compositing, or anything beyond a simple fix — across up to 5 images. If you're not sure which fits, message me first.
I need more than 5 images edited — can you help?
Yes — just send me the details (number of images, type of edit) and I'll put together a custom offer.
Can you edit IDs, licenses, or other official documents?
No — I don't edit official documents or anything illegal. This is a strict policy I can't make exceptions for.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Standard delivery is listed in each package, but if you need it faster, message me before ordering and I'll see what I can do.
What if I'm not happy with the final result?
Tell me what's not working and I'll revise it within your package's revision limit. Buyer satisfaction matters a lot to me — I'd rather get it right than leave you unhappy.
