Why should I choose Make.com over Zapier?
Make.com is often more cost-effective and allows for much more complex "visual" workflows. It gives you more power for your money, which is perfect for growing businesses.
Do I need to provide my own Make.com account?
Yes, it is best if you have your own Make.com account (the Free tier is a great start!). I can either build the automation directly in your account if you invite me as a member, or I can send you a "Blueprint" file that you can import with one click.
What happens if the automation stops working?
I build my systems with precision to prevent errors. However, if a connection breaks or an app updates, my Premium package includes Error Handling that will notify us if something goes wrong. I also offer a support period after delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Can you prevent duplicate entries in my Google Sheet?
Absolutely! I use "Search" modules and "Routers" to check if a person’s email or ID already exists in your sheet. If it does, I update their current row instead of creating a new one.
