What exactly do you do during the session?
I’ll be online with you the whole time, concentrating on my own work/studies while you do yours. This way, we both stay focused and productive—like virtual co-working.
How does the 120-minute Pomodoro-style session work?
We’ll use the Pomodoro method: 50 minutes of focused work + 10 minutes of break, repeated for 2 hours. I’ll guide the timing, keep you accountable, and help you stay consistent.
What can I work on during the session?
Anything that needs your focus—studying, writing, research, work tasks, reading, or even household admin. The session is yours to use productively.
Can I request a different session length?
Yes, custom orders are available. Just send me a message if you’d like longer or shorter sessions.
Is this service only for students?
Not at all! Professionals, freelancers, writers, and anyone needing focus can benefit from body doubling.
What is your preferred time for body double sessions?
I am available from 8-10 pm EST and 8 am - 1pm EST. Feel free to reach out to me for more on this.
