Which marketplaces do you support?
Otto, Kaufland and Amazon are my focus. eBay is possible on request. Tell me what you sell on and I'll confirm before you order.
Do you use the official APIs?
Yes, wherever the marketplace offers one (Otto Market API, Kaufland Seller API, Amazon SP-API). You create the API keys and share them securely.
Do you need my seller account password?
No, never. I only need API credentials with the permissions the task requires, and I'll guide you through creating them.
Can you map my Amazon listings to Otto or Kaufland?
Yes, for your own products. I convert titles, categories, attributes, images and prices to each marketplace's format and flag anything missing.
How many products can it handle?
From a few dozen to many thousands. Large catalogs run in batches with logs showing what succeeded and failed. Tell me your product count up front.
What if a marketplace changes its API?
It happens. Premium includes 30 days of fixes. After that I offer a maintenance option or you can buy the extra support add-on.
Where does it run?
On your computer, or on a server I set up for you (Premium or the deployment extra) so it runs on a schedule without you.
What do I receive at delivery?
Full source code, a setup guide, a short walkthrough video and a test run on your data.
Is my data safe?
I only use your data for your project and never share it. You can revoke the API keys the moment I'm done.
Can you fix or extend my existing script?
Yes. Send it before ordering and I'll tell you what's needed. It's often a good fit for the Basic package.
