Do you provide background music with my voice over?
No, you must download your own royalty free music to incorporate into your production. I can mix music that YOU provide with my voice over for a nominal fee.
What is your location and what time zone are you in?
I am in Hawaii, USA which is in the Hawaiian Standard Time.
When should I pay for commercial rights?
If you intend to use my voice over in a YouTube video or on a web page video, or any non-paid (free) forum that is promoting your product or service, must pay me for commercial rights.
When should I pay for full broadcasting (buy out) rights?
If you intend to use my voice over for radio, TV, internet ads (or paid ads) to advertise your product or service, you must pay me for full broadcasting rights (buyout).
When will you deliver the voice over?
I deliver within 48 hours. Scripts longer than 75 words usually take longer than a day.
What is your revision policy?
I will correct any errors that I make at no charge. New studio sessions do need to be opened for script changes, direction changes or pronunciation changes (when pronunciation notes have been needed but not provided).
What is "Extra Fast Delivery"?
The "Extra Fast Delivery" is a gig extra that sends your order to the front of the line, ahead of everyone else's. Customers who order the "Extra Fast Delivery" gig extra usually receive their orders in 24 hours or less.
