When you make the decision to exhibit at a trade show there are so many deadlines and details that can be overwhelming and confusing. I will use my 15+ years of trade show expertise to manage the deadlines, build a workbook plan, and ensure your booth arrives to the event, has a labor team to set it up and then help you build a staffing plan for your team to manage it and meet customers.
If you'd like additional social media marketing planning to promote your event participation that is available as well. We also offer booth staffers to help manage the exhibit onsite for additional fees +travel expenses. I have so many great vendors we can use to help save money when it comes to swag, employee booth attire, labor contractors, shippers and more!

What time zone do you work on?
I work on Pacific Time and my teammate works on Eastern Time.
How will we work together?
I work virtually from my home office in Washington State and love to participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins. I also love to use event planner tools likes Asana, Airtable, the Google Suite and of course email. I am familiar with both Mac and Microsof software.
What is the largest booth you have managed?
For CES in 2021 I managed the AWS booth that was a 70x80 double decker with (3) meeting rooms, (3) reception counters, (12) booth staffers, (10) partner demo pods and over 100 employee attendees.
