How much will my video cost?
Color correction is a complex task, and our work will depend greatly on the source footage, so please contact us and let us see your project so we can send you a free quote for your project!
How do revisions work?
Free revisions mean tweaking, adjusting and correcting parts of the project. If you change your mind and want us to stray from the instructions, that will be charged as an extra. Contact us before ordering if you don't have a clear idea of what you're looking for and we will be happy to help!
How can I upload and send my files?
We prefer Dropbox. But you can use all the services, for example: Google drive Wetransfer One Drive MEGA etc
Is it possible to make a test example of a color?
Yes, we are happy to make a test. If possible, send us your color reference. Thank you!
In what format should I send source materials for work?
Send us the files in the best quality that you can upload. The most common format for the industry is Quicktime Prores (422,4444, LT, HQ). For color grading, you can send an uncompressed edit file or XML file with source files.
What is the difference between color correction and color grading?
The color correction process is to make the footage look exactly the way that the human eye sees things. While color grading is where you create the actual aesthetic of your video, the right color grading helps convey a visual tone or mood.
How much time do you usually keep clients' files?
We usually keep the files for 3 months. After that, it's possible that we can delete them from our cloud.
