FAQ
How can I upload and send my files?
for transferring the files you can use dropbox (just right click on the file/folder and select copy Dropbox link and paste it here) google drive works the same way. Weshare or using fiverr's attachment feature is also acceptable if the files are small enough.
How much will be a custom offer?
The price depends on the length of your raw footages, length of the final video, also it depends on additional services like color correction, text animation, extra revisions. So, contact me, please, before ordering!
Do you provide licensed music?
Yes! I have access to over 30,000 legally licensed songs which I can send you a link for selection. I strongly recommend the client chooses which one they like best for their video because music can be a very subjective thing.
Do you provide licensed stock footage?
Yes! We have a subscription to Artgrid. However, we know a lot of free licensed stock libraries.
How much time do you usually keep clients' files?
We usually keep the files for 3 months. After that, it's possible that we can delete them from our cloud.
