How it works:
-Send me a message about your bookkeeping needs/requirements, & add me as an Accountant User in your QBO /Xero account and also Shopify
-It will do a QuickBooks/Xero Diagnostics Review to identify any issues, see where you have left off in your bookkeeping, & outline a plan of action to get your bookkeeping all caught up. (For free)
-I will send you a custom offer based on the findings from the Diagnostics Review & request for documents. If needed, we can discuss and customize as needed to fit your budget and goals.
-I will start working! After completion, I will send the financials & query sheet for review, & when you provide answers to queries & uncategorized transaction coding, I will update the Books & send again updated financials.

I communicate with my clients mainly through Fiverr messages. I can also use Zoom meetings if needed. I will keep you updated on the progress of your project and answer any questions you may have along the way.

Can you handle tax preparation?
No, I am not handling tax preparations.
Do I have to give accountant access to my QuickBooks Online/Xero account?
Yes. I will need accountant access when working in your books. This access can be removed after gig is completed.
Do you work with other accounting software?
I work with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero ! I can help you switch from another software and choose the correct subscription for QBO/Xero.
