What documents are required to list the property ?
Many OTAs require to update the proper documentations of the property , Like - RC - Registration Certificate, Lease Agreement , GST Certificate or TAX Certificate , Electricity Bill, Water Bill ,Gas Bill , Cancelled cheque
How will I get paid after a reservation ?
Every OTA has two different policies for the Hoteliers to get paid for a reservation . 1. Prepaid Reservations - The OTA transfers the booking amount directly into your registered Bank account . 2. Pay at Hotel - The bookings from this OTAs will provide you Pay@Hotel.
How will OTAs take commission from prepaid bookings ?
Every OTA will charge their commission and tax per bookings . In prepaid bookings the OTA will transfer the amount after deducting the commission and tax directly in your bank account. In some OTAs you have to send a payment release request after a fix period of time.
How will OTAs take commission from Pay at hotel bookings ?
In these type of bookings the Guest will pay the reservation amount at the hotel / property . Then in every month the OTA will send you an invoice of the commissions and tax which you have to clear .
