What information do you provide to your coach?
If you would like a plan I will ask you to complete an athlete questionnaire. This will enable me to understand the way your like to train, your training set up, time you have to train and race goals in more detail. This will deliver the best custom plan.

How long will my plan be?
You plan will be dependant on race type and distance plus type of plan chosen. A basic plan is 8 weeks, standard plan 12 weeks and premium plan is 16-18 weeks. I can write a longer plan for you but this would be for an agreed price.
