Still copying the same numbers into a spreadsheet every morning? That is a script, not a job.
I am a software developer. I built and run a live data platform that collects thousands of new records every day, cleans them and emails them out, fully automated, with nobody touching it. The same engineering goes into your sheet.
What I build:
- Apps Script automations that run on a timer, hourly or every morning
- Google Form and Gmail workflows: entries imported, confirmations sent, nothing typed twice
- Formulas that hold up: QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, conditional logic
- Dashboards with live charts and KPI tiles that update on their own
- Email reports, alerts, low-stock and deadline reminders
- Duplicate removal, validation and clean-up on import
- API connections pulling outside data into your sheet
Used for: invoices and payment chasing, orders, inventory, leads, bookings, timesheets, weekly reports.
You get the working sheet, the script, and a short written handover so you are never locked to me. I never need your password.

FAQ
Do I need to give you my Google password?
No, never. Share a copy of the sheet with test data, or give edit access to that one file. Remove my access when the order is done.
Will the automation keep working after delivery?
Yes. It runs in your own Google account. You get short notes on how it works and how to change simple settings.
Which package do I need?
One formula or small fix: Basic. One automation such as alerts or imports: Standard. Several connected steps or a dashboard: Premium. Not sure? Message me.
Can you work in Excel?
Yes for formulas, clean-up and reports. Scripts and automations are for Google Sheets. Message me first for Excel macros.
Is my data safe?
I only open the file you share, I don't keep copies after delivery, and test data works for most jobs.
Can you do it with formulas only, no scripts?
Yes. If formulas like QUERY, FILTER or ARRAYFORMULA can do the job, I use them so you can edit everything yourself.
Can you connect Calendar, Drive or Docs?
Yes. Apps Script can create calendar events, save files to Drive and fill Google Docs from your sheet.
What do you need from me to start?
A link to your sheet, or a copy with fake data, and a plain description of what you do by hand today. That is enough for me to scope the whole job.
What if my spreadsheet is a mess?
That is normal and it is part of the job. I clean, restructure and remove duplicates before I automate anything. You do not need to tidy it up first.
Do I need to pay for any software?
No. Everything runs inside your existing free Google account. Apps Script is included with Google Sheets at no extra cost.
