I will audit your UX and service design to optimize the end to end

About this gig
Are users dropping off, but you don't know why? A great digital product needs more than just good looks; it needs a seamless journey.
Hi, Im Karina, a UX & Service Designer. I specialize in finding friction points and optimizing the end-to-end user experience of your digital service. If you want to increase conversions, improve user satisfaction, or adapt your product for the Spanish-speaking market, I am here to help!
What to expect: This Gig is a dedicated UX & Service Design Audit. I will analyze your current flows, identify usability issues, and provide clear, actionable solutions. (Note: This is an audit, not a visual UI redesign).
Choose your package:
- Basic: High-level UX review of 1 main user flow (3-5 screens) with a quick friction report.
- Standard: Deep UX audit of up to 3 touchpoints (8-10 screens) with a detailed report and improvements.
- Premium: Full Service Blueprint! An end-to-end audit (15-20 screens), competitive analysis, deep report, and a 45-min strategy call.
Why choose me?
- Strategic focus on business goals.
- Native Spanish speaker (ideal for localization).

FAQ
Do you redesign the UI screens in this Gig?
No, this Gig is strictly for auditing and UX strategy. However, if you need Wireframes or UI Design after the audit, you can add them as an "Extra Service" during checkout.
What do you need from me to start?
I need a link to your live app, website, or Figma file, and a brief explanation of your main business goals and current user problems.
Do you create Design Systems or brand identities?
No, I don't create full design systems, logos, or brand identities. If you add UI Design as an extra, you must provide your brand guidelines or UI kit. However, if you don't have one, I can suggest a basic color palette to keep the design cohesive!
