I will be your remote airbnb co host and guest assistant
About this Gig
Are you tired of responding to guest messages at 2 AM, answering the same check-in questions, or coordinating emergency maintenance calls?
Automated messages are fine for basic details, but when an issue arises or a guest wants personalized care, automation often falls short.
Hi, I am Karis. With hands-on experience managing luxury residential properties, short-let portfolios, and high-standard guest operations, I help property hosts streamline their day-to-day management while keeping their review ratings high.
I serve as your dedicated remote co-hosthandling real-time guest care, managing vendor workflows, and keeping operations running smoothly.

FAQ
How do I grant you access to my Airbnb listing?
You can easily add me as a Co-Host on Airbnb using my email address, or add me as a team member on your Property Management Software (PMS) like Guesty, Hospitable, or Hostaway. You never need to share your personal primary password.
What happens if a physical issue arises at the property (e.g., plumbing or lock failure)?
While I handle all guest communication and troubleshooting remotely, I immediately contact and dispatch your designated local maintenance contact, handyman, or cleaning team to resolve the physical issue on-site.
What time zone are you in, and how do you handle different guest time zones?
I operate with flexible hours designed to cover active guest inquiry windows across the US, UK, Europe, and UAE. During our onboarding, we will align on your peak guest communication windows to ensure seamless coverage.
What tools and platforms are you familiar with?
I am comfortable using Airbnb, VRBO, Asana, Notion, Trello, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and various property management tools to track tasks, log maintenance requests, and coordinate guest schedules.
Can you handle custom requests, like writing house rules or guest guidebooks?
Yes! If you need help drafting custom house rules, guest welcome guidebooks, or emergency response scripts, check out my Gig Extras or send me a message for a custom quote.
What do you need from me before we start?
Once you place an order, I will send a quick onboarding form asking for your property rules, Wi-Fi details, check-in instructions, local recommendations, and contact info for your local maintenance/cleaner team.
