I will consult you on your malta company formation and strategy
About this Gig
Thinking of setting up a company in Malta? Don't fly blind.
Malta offers great tax efficiency and EU market access, but the setup process is full of paperwork and banking hurdles. Many founders overpay agencies or get stuck when banks reject their applications.
I offer a smarter way. I am an experienced Business Consultant & Ex-CEO (30+ years). I do not sell "black box" registration. I act as your strategic architect, giving you the roadmap to do it yourself or instructing providers without overpaying.
How I support you:
- Feasibility Check: We determine if Malta is the right fit for your model before you spend money.
- The Roadmap: I guide you through the MBR forms, digital signatures, and VAT compliance so you understand the process.
- Banking Strategy: I advise you on how to present your business to banks to maximize approval chances.
Need a Lawyer/Tax Advisor? If you require a formal legal opinion or a registered office, I connect you to my network of Maltese specialists.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: I provide business consulting only. I am NOT a CSP or Lawyer. I do not submit applications or act as a signatory. You are responsible for final MBR submissions.

FAQ
Do I need to be a resident or live in Malta to open a company there?
No, you do not need to be a resident. Malta allows 100% foreign ownership. During our consultation, I will explain how the process works for non-residents and what documents you will need to provide from your home country.
Does this gig include the actual company registration and government fees?
No. This gig is strictly for a consultation strategy call. However, if you decide to proceed, I can introduce you to my network of licensed CSPs and accountants who handle the official registration. I can then continue to act as your project manager to ensure they get everything they need from you.
Do I need to visit Malta physically to register the business?
Generally, no. The company formation can usually be done remotely via Power of Attorney. However, opening a bank account might require a visit depending on the bank. We will discuss the best strategy for your specific situation during the call.
Can you guarantee I will get a Maltese bank account?
Opening a traditional bank account in Malta as a non-resident can be challenging and slow due to strict compliance. During our session, I will advise you on the best banking partners and alternatives.
What documents should I prepare before our call?
It is helpful to have a clear idea of your proposed business activity, your expected annual turnover, and your current corporate structure (if any). You do not need formal documents just for the consultation.
