Once you place your order, you'll have access to a form to answer key questions about your brand. If you acquire the Brand Identity extra, you'll find a link to a more detailed form hosted on Google Forms.

I will design based on your answers in the form and your visual references. You can send me sketches or inspiration boards like Pinterest. If you have specific ideas, please communicate them clearly before starting. Remember that corrections and final delivery apply ONLY to the chosen proposal.

Yes, I will deliver files in .ai, .eps, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .svg formats and, if applicable, editable templates in Canva. This will depend on the type of project and what is established in the package you hire and any extras acquired.

Gig time covers proposals and some revisions, depending on the complexity of the revision. Final deliveries may be extended based on my schedule. If there are delays, you will receive an extension request. I work alone as a freelancer, without subcontracting, so I adjust times based on my workload.

The buyer will have rights to use it commercially. I will retain the rights to display the work in my portfolio (on any platform where my work is displayed), for educational or promotional purposes. If you want exclusive rights, you must consult this before purchasing the service.

I will select fonts from banks that offer free licenses (such as Google Fonts). If you need a paid font, let me know before starting so I can include it in a custom offer/budget for you.

I use pre-designed graphic elements from online catalogs to speed up the process, ensuring quality, uniqueness, and customization for your brand.

I will send you a file of +20 pages. in PDF format, where you will get all the information in detail, explaining each section of your Brand Identity.
