How does the branding process work?
Contact me before placing an order! We will discuss things such as your target audience, competitors, business and design styles you like. Please have inspiration photos ready. I will present a concept(s) idea and once I have your approval, we will start on the order.
What file types will I get upon completion?
You will receive: EPS - Vector file SVG - Source file JPG - 300dpi image PNG - Transparent background PDF - Branding Board Image
Can I get a refund?
I offer a full money-back guarantee on any designs that have not been revised or accepted by the buyer. Once you request revisions and changes have been made to your design, you are no longer eligible for a refund. This policy ensures that I am compensated for my time.
What is a logo revision?
A logo revision is a change to the design at hand. Revisions can consist of minor tweaks to the design, add-ons or color and font changes. Revisions DO NOT include an entirely new concept design.
What is a logo variation?
A logo variation is an altered version of your main logo. Logo variations can consist of your logo being turned into an outline, color change, font change, or moving elements around in the logo design. Variations typically consists of a Badge logo, sub-mark or watermark.
Do you have restrictions to the type of orders you will take?
Yes! I do not design for any business that promote animal exploitation and harm (i.e. Dairy, egg, wool, meat, leather, circus, breeders, zoos, honey, horseback riding, rodeos, etc.)
