Yes, I need Administrator permissions to implement changes. I highly recommend granting access to a Sandbox environment first so we can build and test safely.

Yes! I can lead live workshops to teach your team how to use the new features we implement. This is typically covered under the Standard (5 Hours) package, which allows for prep time and the live session.
Can you do custom coding in Apex/LWC or just basic setup?
I am a well-seasoned engineer. I handle both standard configuration (No-Code) and complex development like Apex code, LWC or Aura components. However, custom coding usually requires more time, so please discuss it with me first.
What happens if the work takes longer than the hours I purchased?
