Slow computer, weird error messages, or something that just stopped working right? I'll hop on a screen share and figure out what's going on, then fix it while you watch.

I'm Bradley, owner of Kars Tech Solutions. Nearly a decade of IT experience, most of it in healthcare, where a broken computer isn't just annoying, it stops real work from getting done. I bring that same urgency to every session here.

What I can help with: slow startup times, programs crashing or freezing, blue screens, driver issues, software conflicts, and general "why is this doing that" troubleshooting on Windows or Mac.

How it works: message me with what's happening, I'll ask a few questions to get a sense of the problem, then we schedule a remote session where I connect via screen share and work through it live. You'll see exactly what I'm doing the whole time.

If I can't fix it remotely (some things genuinely need hands-on hardware work), I'll tell you honestly instead of running up the clock.
