How do I know you can actually fix my specific bug?
Message me before ordering with a short description of the issue — I will tell you honestly whether I can fix it, and how long it will take. I have shipped production systems in healthcare and voice AI that handle real user data, so I am comfortable with messy codebases and tricky edge cases.
Will you share what you changed and why?
Yes, always. Every delivery includes a written summary of what the root cause was, what I changed, and why it fixes the problem. You will understand the fix, not just receive it. If you want a quick call to walk through it together, just ask.
What if my bug turns out to be more complex than expected?
I will message you as soon as I spot that the scope is larger than the order covers. We will agree on a path forward before I do any extra work — no surprise invoices. For complex issues I recommend messaging me first so we can scope it correctly from the start.
How do you access my code? Is it safe to share?
You can share a private GitHub or GitLab repo, a ZIP file via Fiverr, or paste the relevant code directly in the chat. I only look at what is needed to fix the issue and I do not store, copy, or reuse your code in any way. NDAs are available on request.
What if the bug comes back after delivery?
If the same bug reappears within 7 days of delivery I will fix it at no extra charge. I fix root causes, not symptoms, so this rarely happens — but if it does I stand behind my work. Just message me and we will sort it out.
