FAQ
Do I need coding skills to use n8n after you build the workflow?
No – n8n has a visual drag‑drop editor. We will show you how to run and modify the workflow. You can also just turn it on and forget it.
Is n8n really free? Are there any hidden fees?
Yes, n8n is 100% open source. You only pay for your own server (as low as $0 with Oracle free tier or $5–$10/month for a basic VPS). No monthly n8n subscription.
Can n8n replace Zapier or Make for my business?
For most use cases – yes. n8n supports 400+ nodes, unlimited steps, loops, conditions, and webhooks. Many clients switch from Zapier to save money and get more control.
Do I need my own server to run n8n?
You need a server (VPS) for 24/7 operation. If you don’t have one, we can help you set up a free Oracle Cloud VM or guide you to a low‑cost option like Railway/Fly.io.
What information do you need from me to start?
Please describe the task you want to automate (step by step), which apps are involved (e.g., Google Sheets, Gmail, Shopify), and provide access (API keys or login) after ordering.
Can n8n handle complex automations with conditions and loops?
Yes. n8n supports conditional logic (if/else), loops, error handling, and custom JavaScript/Python code. Premium package includes advanced branching and API calls.
Will you help me connect n8n to my website or custom API?
Absolutely. We are web developers. We can connect n8n to your website’s webhooks, database, or any REST API.
What if something stops working after delivery?
We provide basic support for 7 days after delivery (30 days for Premium). We will fix any issue caused by our setup.
Can you add AI (ChatGPT/Claude) into my n8n workflow?
Yes. We can integrate OpenAI or Claude API to add AI capabilities like summarization, content generation, or smart replies. This is available as an extra or included in Premium.
