What does this maintenance gig cover?
It covers all services I offer: WordPress, React/Next.js, Shopify, OpenClaw AI assistant, n8n workflows, and AI Social Media Automation.
I only need one small change (e.g., change a word). Can I order the $60 plan?
No. For a one‑time small task, please message me first. I will send you a custom offer at a lower price ($10–30). This gig is for full monthly maintenance only.
How does the 30‑day delivery work?
I work throughout the month – taking backups, applying updates, monitoring, and responding to support. At the end of the month, I deliver a detailed report of all work done.
Do I need to order this every month?
Yes, but you can use Fiverr’s Subscription feature (monthly auto‑billing). Or I can send you a Custom Offer each month. You can cancel anytime.
What if I have multiple websites or automations?
The Standard ($120) and Premium ($200) plans cover multiple items. Message me with your list, and I will recommend the best plan.
Is email support included?
All support is provided via Fiverr chat (within the order page). I do not use external email – everything stays on Fiverr for your safety and mine.
What is NOT included?
Major redesign, new features, content writing, or fixing issues caused by you or third parties. For big changes, order my development gigs separately.
Can I cancel after one month?
Yes. You can cancel the subscription or simply not order the next month. No long‑term commitment.
Do I need to give you access to my server / hosting?
For websites: I need FTP/cPanel or admin access. For automations: API keys or page admin access. I never ask for your personal passwords. All access is secure and can be revoked anytime.
What if something goes wrong after you deliver?
I provide 7 days of free bug‑fixing after each monthly delivery. If the issue is caused by my work, I fix it immediately. For issues caused by you, I may charge a small fee.
