Q: Do you build the website from scratch, or do you use templates?
A: I build custom — no drag-and-drop template builders. That means your site is tailored to what you actually need, not stretched to fit a pre-made layout. If you specifically want a WordPress theme-based build instead, just mention that when you message me and we can plan around it.
Q: I'm not very technical — will I be able to understand and manage the site after it's delivered?
A: Yes. I'll walk you through how to update content yourself if you want that ability, and I'll explain anything technical in plain language, not jargon. You won't be left with something you don't understand how to touch.
Q: What do you need from me before we start?
A: Just a clear idea of what you want the site to do, any branding (logo, colors) if you have them, and the content you want included — text, images, etc. If you don't have everything ready, that's fine, we can figure it out together once we start.
Q: What happens if I need changes after the project is marked complete?
A: Each package includes a set number of revisions during the project. If you need changes after delivery and we're past the revision limit, just message me — small fixes are usually quick and inexpensive, and I'll always tell you the cost upfront before doing anything extra.
Q: Can you add features later that weren't in the original order, like a payment system or e-commerce store?
A: Not in this gig currently, since I want to be upfront about what I can confidently deliver right now. As I take on more projects in those areas, I'll add them here — for now, this gig covers full-stack websites and web applications without e-commerce or payment integration.
