How long does it take to design a App icon?
Basically, that will take 24hrs- 48hrs to design a quality logo according to your requirement. But I always try to deliver on time. There also have an option for extra fast delivery. Sunday is my holiday. I spend time with my family.
Do you guyes charge extra for Source / Vector file ?
Our basic package didn't support any source and vector file. But you can purchase an add-on anytime with your order. Standard and premium packages included all source files along with other files format.
How much time take for revision ?
1 modification request will take within 24hrs and Sunday is an off day for us. try to give your modification before time.
What you may need to start the order?
1. Name on the Illustration(if any) 2. Tagline/Slogan(if any) 3. Business description 4. Liked colors (if any) 5. Colors to be avoided (if any) 6. Your idea for the Mascot. Please provide a clear description, or rough sketch of what you need done. (if any) 7. Samples you have liked
Are your design unique quality?
Yes, All our designs are 100% unique from we create it from the scratch to full colored designs.
What is the main thing to order?
A most valuable question. You have the clear thought that, what you exactly want. Because if your thinking change we have to illustrate from the scratch again & again. That will be more confusing. We support unlimited revision process but not unlimited redo. But don't worry,I will give you my best.
What is in Social Media Kit?
Customized graphic covers/banners featuring your logo to use on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube with HIGHRES JPG and PSD file formats as well. (each social media cover price $5)
When I will get the social media or stationary design if I order with my logo?
Basically after finalize your logo we start your social media & stationary design with your final logo. We can't able to start before that. because we have to follow the color & design style from the logo to your other design stuff. We always maintain this process to deliver the best quality.
Why my order has been completed if I didn't want to?
The order will automatically be completed after 3 days By Fiverr. Please respond in the order page within this time frame for further changes. We will always there to support you our best.
What is extra fast delivery ?
In our all package we have explained some certain time to deliver your project with quality. If you are in hurry, you need your design within 1 day, there have an option in our gig named by Extra Fast delivery. if you click on that, it will take something extra. But you will get your logo in 1 day.
