Will my Kindle book include a clickable table of contents?
Yes. A clickable table of contents is included when the manuscript has clear chapter or section headings. I will use the structure provided in your manuscript and contact you if the headings need clarification.
Can you format both Kindle and paperback versions?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include both eBook/Kindle and paperback interior formatting. The Basic package is intended for Kindle/eBook formatting only.
What do you need from me to begin?
Please send your final manuscript in an editable format, preferably DOCX, along with your preferred trim size for paperback books, the required file format, your title and author name, and any formatting instructions. Please make sure the manuscript is proofread before sending it.
Do you provide proofreading or editing?
No. This Gig focuses on formatting and layout. Your manuscript should be final and proofread before the order begins. Proofreading, copyediting, rewriting, and substantive manuscript changes are not included unless separately agreed.
Can you format a book longer than the package limit?
Yes. Please contact me with the approximate page count, number of images, and required formats. I can create a custom offer for longer or more complex books.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive the file formats included in your selected package. Depending on the package, this may include a reflowable eBook file, a print-ready PDF, and an editable source file. Please confirm the required format before ordering
Do you design book covers?
Book cover design is not included in this Gig. Please contact me if you need a separate cover-design service or a custom offer.
What if I need changes after delivery?
The included revisions cover reasonable formatting adjustments to the original manuscript and agreed project scope. New chapters, major manuscript changes, additional formats, or a substantially different design may require an extra charge.
Can you format my book for Amazon KDP?
Yes. I can prepare the interior files according to the specifications you provide for your chosen KDP format. You are responsible for submitting the files to KDP and reviewing the final preview before publishing.
