With music, you either have it or you don’t! Kasia certainly does. As accompanist, she seems to pre-empt and imagine the expression of a vocal part she is meant to accompany, including the right pace, breathing, dynamics - without ever meeting the singer. Incredibly intuitive musician, whether it is a 20cent jazz/swing piece or English Renaissance. Love.
