You'll need to provide us with CAD or PDF files of your 2D floor plans. If you do not have 2D drawings of your floorplans, we will be so happy to work with you to produce your renderings from a sketch. Also, Images of designs or textures you like help a lot.

Our 3D modeling and making the diagrams and floorplans can be delivered in as little as 24 to 48 hours; however, depending on the scope of your requirements, some drawings may take a few days. If you would like an estimate of how long it will take us to complete your project, please contact us.

While we usually work with architects, developers, builders, contractors, real estate professionals, and interior designers, we welcome anyone who needs our services to contact us. For instance, we love working with homeowners who are planning for new construction or renovating their homes.

Our standard diagrams are sized to print on 8.5" x 11" or on the display. Anything larger is considered a "large format rendering" and may require extra charges. The reason is that rendering an image takes hours.
