I will scrape amazon search results into a clean excel product data sheet
FDA labels, Amazon data and backlink audits, delivered as clean files
About this Gig
Send us your search terms. We send back every product Amazon shows for them, in one organised spreadsheet.
Each search term gets its own tab. Every product gets a full row.
IN EVERY ROW - 15 COLUMNS
Photo, ASIN, full title, price, list price, discount %, unit price, rating, review count, "bought last month", badge, sponsored yes/no, page, rank, product link.
Sort it, filter it, pivot it. A normal spreadsheet, yours to keep.
WE NEED THREE THINGS
1. Your search terms, one per line
2. Which country's marketplace
3. Any words to leave out - "kids", "refurbished", "used"
That third one matters. Researching capsules and do not want gummies in the file? Say so and they will not be there.
EXCEL OR GOOGLE SHEETS
Tell us which. Sheets shows the photo inside the cell; Excel gets a clickable link to it.
PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
This is what the search pages show. No BSR, no revenue estimates, no profit maths, and we do not tell you which product to sell.
Row counts depend on how many products are listed for your terms. A broad term can return 200+. A narrow one might return 40.
Not sure your terms will work? Message us first and we will tell you honestly.

FAQ
How many products will I actually get?
It depends on how many Amazon lists for your term. A broad term like "wireless earbuds" can return several hundred. A narrow one might return thirty. We go up to 20 pages deep on every term, and Amazon usually runs out before we do.
Do you include BSR, sales or revenue estimates?
No. Those are not on Amazon's search pages. You get what the page shows: price, list price, discount, unit price, rating, review count, "bought last month" where Amazon displays it, badge, ad placement, page and rank.
What is "bought last month"?
Amazon shows "3K+ bought in past month" on some listings. Where it is there, we capture it as a number you can sort by. Amazon does not show it on every product, so that column has gaps. Weekly figures are scaled to a month.
Can you remove the sponsored ads?
Either way. By default they are included and marked Yes in a Sponsored column so you can filter them yourself. Prefer them gone entirely? Say so and we will strip them before delivery.
Which countries can you do?
20 Amazon marketplaces including the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Australia, India, Brazil, Mexico and the UAE. Write your search terms in that country's language.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. Tell us which and we will set the Photo column up for it. Google Sheets renders the thumbnail inside the cell. Excel needs a clickable link instead, because Excel cannot put an image inside a HYPERLINK.
Why are List Price, Discount and Badge empty on some rows?
Because Amazon only shows them on some products. In a typical run list price and discount appear on about 40% of rows and a badge on under 10%. Every other column is filled on 94-100% of rows. Nothing is missing - Amazon simply does not display it on every listing.
What currency and language will the file be in?
Whatever the marketplace uses. A UK run gives GBP prices and English titles. A German run gives EUR and German titles. Prices are plain numbers without a currency symbol, so the country you pick is the currency. Pick the marketplace your buyers actually shop on.
Will it be one file?
Usually. Very large orders are split into parts of 4,000 rows so the file stays quick to open. Each search term gets its own tab, and the summary tab rides on the first file.
