To be able to show (and see) the value of your business, a P&L is a key performance indicator.

When you can visualize where the money is being used, with specifications (by quarters, operational or non-operational processes, etc.), with charts and buttons to change the criteria of the charts, it become easier to take decisions and to advocate your business to someone else.
