What’s included?
Depending on the scope we agree upon, your custom package will include: - detailed 3D geometry from your plans; - accurate, real-world materials and textures; - atmospheric lighting; - lifelike environment; - high-resolution, presentation-ready final images; - revisions to ensure absolute perfection
What’s not included?
Our services do not include architectural design from scratch or structural engineering. We require CAD plans to begin (but we can discuss conceptual renderings if you only have sketches / ideas). Additionally, interior renderings are not included in this gig, but can easily be added as extras!
What information do you need from me to start the rendering process?
- drawings: 2D floor plans & interior elevations (DWG or PDF); - material selection: details on flooring, paint, tile, and fabrics; - furniture: specs for exact pieces or mood boards for styling; - atmosphere: reference images for preferred lighting and feel.
Why do you request that I send a direct message before ordering?
Every interior project is unique in scope and complexity. By messaging me first, I can review your specific floor plans and mood boards to ensure I provide a precise custom quote and the best possible timeline for your exact design needs.
What if I only have 2D blueprints and no 3D model?
That is not a problem at all! We specialize in building highly detailed 3D geometry entirely from scratch using your plans and elevations.
Do you provide architectural design services, or just rendering?
We are 3D visualization experts. We do not provide initial design planning and drawings. Our job is to take your designs and translate them into breathtaking reality, but we can help with concept renderings if you only have sketches / ideas!
Can you match specific, real-world materials?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on material mastery. If you specify a particular timber batten, a specific brand of masonry, or a unique metal finish, we will utilize 3ds Max and Corona to ensure the 3D textures replicate your real-world choices as closely as possible.
How does your "overnight advantage" work for turnarounds?
Because our studio is in Ukraine, our working hours overlap with the evening and nighttime hours in North America and Australia. So you can send us files or revision notes at the end of your workday, and we will process them while you sleep, delivering updates to your inbox by the time you wake up.
How do revisions work?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with the final result. Our packages include dedicated rounds of revisions. We typically provide "clay" or draft renders first to lock in the camera angles and geometry. Once that is approved, we move on to full color and refine details together.
