An alpha reader gives early feedback on your first draft: big-picture thoughts, plot holes, pacing, characters. A beta reader works with a more polished draft and gives detailed feedback on flow, consistency, and reader impact.

I beta read all kinds of romance: contemporary, historical, dark romance, fantasy romance, spicy romance, LGBTQ+, etc. Feel free to message me if you’re unsure!

You’ll receive honest, constructive feedback on plot, pacing, characters, dialogue, world-building (if relevant), and overall reader engagement. I also highlight what works well.

Basic notes on grammar or typos may be included if I spot them, but my main focus is on story critique. If you need proofreading or editing, please check my separate proofreading gig.
