About this Gig
This gig is ideal for those looking for a review of their own short films or for more obscure but widely available movies.
This gig can also be used for personal feedback on a work in progress.
A watchable link to the film, or proof that I can rent or buy the film for under $5 in the US, is required.
This gig is flexible for both word count and length of film. The basic package is the best deal for short films up to 30 mins. The standard package is the best price for a 250 word review of a 90 minute movie.
The premium package will give you the best deal on two hour movies with a word count of 500 or more.
But whichever package you choose, it's easy to add higher word counts or longer run-times to fit your needs!
*Please Note* Any review written will be solely the opinion of the author (myself). I will not accept jobs to write a specific opinion about a movie. If you purchase a package, you are purchasing my honest opinion, good or bad. See the FAQs for more details.

Can you write about a non-English language film?
Yes, provided that a subtitled or dubbed version is available to view in the US!
Do I have to provide the movie?
If the movie you'd like me to review is an independent film that was not widely distributed (e.g., only available on YouTube), please provide a link (not a video file). Otherwise the movie must be available to rent or buy online for under $5 in the US, or currently in theaters as a wide release.
Will you give me a good review?
While I appreciate the effort and passion that goes into creating any film, by buying this gig you are not buying an endorsement/rave review of your project. I will give an honest review of my opinion on the film's quality, good or bad, but I promise to be fair and respectful. Thank you!
Will you share your review/post on your blog/social media?
This gig is for the writing of a review/blog post only. Clients typically have their own platform on which they want to publish the finished piece. There is no guarantee I will post it on my site or social media, but I'm open to discussion on a case by case basis after I've watched the film.
