Commercial Construction Billing Services: Expert level

• Using standard AIA billing documents, Owner-required billing documents, GC-required billing documents, state-required lien waiver documents
• You provide Schedule of Values and all approved Change Orders monthly to me, I create the billing documents. Each month you will give me the percentage to bill for each line item and I will complete documents.
• I will notarize all your documents
• I will submit the billing documents directly to you, as a PDF, in the format that your client requires. I will revise per your direction until it is exactly as you would like to submit to the Owner
• Any revisions "included" in the package are specifically for any revisions that are requested by your client, following initial submission to them
• Premium Services only will include my direct submission to your client, direct contact with the client regarding and additional paperwork or revisions they may require, and follow up with the client until payment is received by you.
