About this gig
Hi, I'm Katja! I'm a professionally trained designer with an MA in Fashion and Textile Design and over 11 year of experience in the fashion and textile industry. Having worked with small and big fashion brands, including preparation of showroom pieces for Paris Fashion Week. Since 2011 working as an independent designer I have made over 300 designs in the past years, including wedding outfits and other fashion collections.
If your models are already defined, this gig has the option of preparing TECH PACK as well, write me to send you an extra offer.
Project details:
1. Creative part
> Collection mood/reference board
> Illustrations for designs. Incl 2 times editions
> Color/fabric suggestions with short descriptions according to each style
Final document - design collection (PDF, editable)
2. Technical part
> Flat sketches/tech illustrations in black/white for each item
> Size chart creation
> Tech packs with 1 sample size measurements, sewing and construction details, BOM, colorways, care, and hangtags
Final document - Complete tech packs ready to send to a manufacturer
3. Line sheet including all colorways of the collection

How it works?
1.We will discuss what you need and I will send you all the requir information. 2. I prepare first technical sketches and send them over for your review. 3. You’ll make notes on anything you’d like adjusted (Revisions) 4. Adjustments to the file. 5. Once the final version is approved, final version.
What do I need to provide as a buyer?
To get started, please brief me about your brand and what you’re looking for, including: - Mood board with reference images, color-way and fabrics you’re planning to use. - Image size and format (e.g A4 portrait, etc) - Purpose of the illustration (e.g. editorial or production)
How do you create your illustrations?
Each illustration is meticulously hand-drawn on an iPad using the Procreate app and then exported into your preferred file format. This process ensures a high-quality, customized product that meets your specific needs.
What file format will the final illustration be provided in?
I can provide the file in JPEG, PNG, PDF or all of them!
What counts as a revision?
Minor adjustments that do not require a total redesign of item (e.g. changing color, shorter length)
