Do I get my product back?
If you need your product returned you will need to provide a pre-paid return label. Products will be stored for 14 days. There will be an additional $75 charge for packaging and processing.
What resolution do you deliver?
VIDEO: I shoot every thing in 4K. PHOTO:I use the latest Sony A7R Mark4 which makes me able to deliver up to Mind blowing 204 Megapixels! This means the highest possible resolution and quality. Normal delivery follows Amazon file size but you can ask for a higher resolution Based on your demands
Do you offer reshoots?
I Provide amazing customer support and I try to communicate about your needs up front. I provide revisions and changes on editing. and of course I do reshoot for free if there is an error on my side. But please be aware I do not re-shoots for "errors" that were not communicated up front.
