FAQ
What is the difference between beta reading and editing?
Beta reading focuses on the reader's experience rather than correcting grammar or rewriting sentences. I'll provide honest, constructive feedback on your story. Proofreading and line editing are not included in this service.
What kind of feedback will I receive?
You'll receive a reader report discussing your manuscript's strengths, areas for improvement, and my overall impressions as a reader. I'll also provide relevant inline comments highlighting specific moments, reactions, and observations throughout your story.
What genres do you specialize in?
I specialize in romance, including contemporary romance, dark romance, paranormal romance, romantic suspense, and fantasy romance.
Can you beta read an unfinished manuscript?
Of course! I'm happy to help no matter where you are in your process. Please select the package that best accommodates your word count.
What if my story exceeds the word limit of your packages?
If your manuscript exceeds the listed word count, please contact me before placing your order. I'll be happy to discuss your project and provide a custom offer based on its length and your feedback needs.
