Start with one workflow or a 30-day support period. Each package comes with a fixed number of team hours shared across planning, delivery, communication, and quality checks. Packages don't include unlimited work or full-time staffing.
Ad campaigns, full website builds, advanced automation, and larger video projects need a separate assessment. Ad spend and paid tools cost extra.

What will you manage?
We manage a specific task list agreed before the order. Typical work includes content preparation, scheduling, research, task tracking and routine digital updates. We confirm platform-specific work first.
Is this unlimited or full-time support?
No. Each package includes a fixed number of total team hours during a stated service period. Working days, deadlines and communication windows are agreed in advance
What is a workflow?
A recurring process with defined steps and outputs, such as preparing approved posts and scheduling them on one channel. We agree on quantities and complexity before starting.
How do team hours work?
Planning, execution, communication and review all count. If two team members each work for 30 minutes, that uses one total team hour. You receive a work/time summary
Will I have one contact?
Yes. Roicket provides one main point of contact and coordinates the team members assigned to the agreed work.
Is everything produced by AI?
No. We use AI where suitable to assist the work. Our team reviews the outputs, and decisions requiring your approval stay with you
Are ads, development and automation included?
Campaign work, full website builds, advanced automation and substantial video production need separate assessment and a custom scope. Ad spend and paid subscriptions are separate.
Will you publish or change accounts without approval?
We agree on approval rules before starting. Routine work follows your authorized process; publishing, budgets and important changes follow the agreed approval steps.
What happens if the scope changes?
We review the request against remaining hours and agree any revised scope, price or deadline before doing additional work. Corrections needed to meet the original brief are not treated as new tasks.
Can we continue monthly?
Yes, subject to an agreed workload and availability. We agree the next service period separately; the initial order does not promise automatic renewal or unlimited rollover.
