Run credit report (Equifax) Technology implementation (E-signatures, Equifax, Bankstatements, LastPass, Automation of tasks in workflow, client portal and document collection Salestrekker) Evaluate & discuss client scenario with broker and Check on lender policies 2. Send scenario emails to BDM to confirm client scenarios.
3. Prepare client profile/data entry in CRM(Flex, Salestrekker, My CRM) based on fact find
4. Request required documents from the client & Follow up on required documents
5. Reviewing provided supporting documents and comparing it with the bank's checklist
6. Pay slip analysis for PAYG income & Tax returns/ NOA/ Financials analysis for Self-Employed income.
7. Prepare lender serviceability calculators to check max capacity/ability to borrow, Pricing & Order valuation Prepare a product comparison report.
8. Preparing credit proposal and other compliance docs prior to lodgment with relevant Gateways(ApplyOnline, LoanApp).
9. Preparing Application Forms for clients to sign - Reviewing provided supporting documents and comparing them with the bank's checklist to confirm we have everything required to submit.
10Track the application till the Settlement.
