I have experience with an Australian mortgage loan processing company. where I work as a Mortgage Broker Assistant for an Australian-based company. Here I work with CRM Automation software Salestrekker, Flex. In a word work as a Virtual assistant with a Mortgage broker, Assisting by entering the data in CRM software, analyzing client income, expenses, assets, liabilities, Lender servicing and making the funding worksheet, and finding a suitable lender for the client and applying for the loan through Applyonilne, Loanapp and lastly call the lender and keep all the updates about the loan application and also with a real estate agent. Also handling emails and other administrative tasks.
