I will draft 2d floor plans and elevations for you

I am a professional interior designer who has been active in the field for 6 years. I have produced numerous professional drawings for both architectural and interior projects that have been successfully submitted for permitting. I am NOT a licensed architect, so any drawings I provide that need to be permitted must be reviewed and stamped by an architect. I can, however, produce a high level grade of construction-ready drawings or I can provide more basic floorplans with furniture layouts for interior design or real estate needs. The level of detail per drawing can vary based on your individual project needs. I am happy to discuss this prior to your booking if desired. In order to successfully produce your drawings, I will need dimensions, a list of details required in the drawing (for example: do you need to differentiate between drywall and studs, or are there specific plumbing fixtures you'd like to show, etc.), and any other special requirements or requests. I can accommodate most needs in any drawing - all drawings will be produced in AutoCAD. I look forward to working with you!
