FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
You will need to provide your WordPress login details (or web hosting credentials), your brand assets (logo, brand colors), and a brief outline of your marketplace structure (categories, search filters, or listing fields you want).
Do I need to buy HivePress themes or premium extensions beforehand?
Yes, you will need to purchase any official premium themes (like TaskHive or RentalHive) or paid extensions directly from HivePress. I will then install, configure, and customize everything on your site.
Can you set up custom vendor commissions and payouts?
Yes! I can configure automated commission splits per order/booking, set minimum payout thresholds, and connect WooCommerce marketplace payout workflows for your vendors.
Will I be able to manage the marketplace myself without knowing how to code?
Absolutely. HivePress provides an intuitive WordPress dashboard. You can easily approve listings, manage vendor payouts, edit categories, and view bookings without touching a single line of code.
Can you integrate specific payment gateways for my region?
Yes. HivePress integrates natively with WooCommerce, allowing us to connect almost any payment gateway—including Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Razorpay, or Paystack—depending on your target region.
