Duplicate contacts, inconsistent dates and mismatched columns can make a spreadsheet difficult to use. I will clean your Excel or CSV file so it is ready for the report or CRM import you specify.

Tell me which columns identify a duplicate and how you want blanks, phone numbers and dates handled. I will apply those rules, merge files using your chosen key and flag records that still need your decision. I will not invent missing information.

Your delivery includes the cleaned file and a summary of what changed. The Premium package also includes a Python script that repeats the same cleanup on files with the agreed structure.

Send a sample before ordering so I can confirm the file size, matching rules and final columns. API connections, scanned PDFs, outside research and changes to your CRM account are quoted separately. Each revision covers the original files and agreed rules; extra files or new rules need a separate quote.
