I use Track Changes, so you'll see my comments, corrections, suggestions, criticism, etc. in the sidebar so you can accept/reject my edits, understand the reasons for my edits, and gain insight into ways to improve your writing skills.

How much?
Typically US$0.03–.05/word depending on the frequency of errors, complexity, etc. (e.g., 10,000 words = $130~) Discounts possible for large or repeat orders, or docs that are already fairly well self-edited. Min. $50 After I see your sample, I will send you a custom offer with a fixed price.
Do you use editing software?
I never rely on editing software. Though AI-editing tools have improved over the years, they still make many mistakes and can cause an author (or editor) far more harm than good. I do use the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word so you can view and accept/reject my changes.
What genres or topics do you edit?
I love SF, but I'm happy to edit other genres and non-fiction. No religious work. Some genres/topics that will be a tough sell: eroticism, cheesy romance, or untethered health guides. Please ask me in a message before ordering.
What document formats do you deal with?
I find the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word is best for allowing you to view my comments and accept/reject my suggestions. If you prefer a different format, please ask me.
Can you provide a sample of your editing?
Yes. Just ask, and I'll be happy to share a sample of either fiction or non-fiction editing I've done to give you an idea of the style and quality you can expect.
