Do you offer revisions?
I encourage as much information upfront before filming starts in order to prevent any revisions. I, of course, will always revise my work if there is an error on my end or minor editing. Any revisions that were not discussed prior and that require re-filming will be an additional 25% of the order.
Do you return the products?
All products are considered a gift and required before the offer is sent and filming starts. If it is required that it be sent back, it must include a prepaid return label as well as a processing fee (to be determined per order).
Do you offer RAW footage?
Yes, I offer RAW footage for most orders. It is an additional 50% of the total to add RAW to your order.
