In one of them I provide residential and small commercial design, and perform real estate feasibility studies for single-family and small (4 units or less) multifamily investments. While I have experience as a project architect, and still work in the field every day, I didn't feel the need to maintain my license.

Can you help with large projects?
Yes. Message me for custom offers for full drawing sets or large buildings.
Do you stamp / seal drawings?
No, however if you need a full signed & sealed drawing set I can connect you with someone who can provide this in MS, or may be able to get licensed in your state. Message me with the details of your request (custom designs only, no plan stamping).
