Please note: While I'll do my best to remove artifacts and imperfections, I can't guarantee this for every image in some cases, attempting to clean up artifacts can end up doing more harm than good to the overall result.
Disclaimer: Not every image is a perfect candidate for upscaling. Depending on the original resolution, compression, and quality of the source image, added pixels can sometimes distort details rather than enhance them. I'll always aim for the best possible outcome, but results can vary based on the starting image.

A: I accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files. If you have a different format, just message me before ordering and I'll let you know if I can work with it.
Q: What's the maximum resolution you can upscale to?
A: I can upscale images up to 4K resolution. The exact result depends on your original image's quality and content.
Q: Will my image look 100% perfect after upscaling?
A: I aim for the best possible result, but perfection isn't guaranteed. Some images upscale beautifully, while others (especially low-quality or heavily compressed originals) may show some limitations. I always do my best with what I'm given.
Q: Can you remove scratches/watermarks/blemishes from my image?
A: I can attempt artifact removal, but I can't promise it in every case — sometimes removing artifacts can affect surrounding details or ruin the image entirely. I'll be upfront if I think a request is too risky.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Turnaround depends on order volume, but I use a high-end PC (X3D processor + RX 7700 XT GPU) to process images quickly. Check my gig page for exact delivery times.
Q: Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the result?
A: I offer revisions to try to meet your expectations. Since results depend heavily on the quality of the source image, I recommend reviewing samples/reviews before ordering. Refunds are handled case-by-case per Fiverr's policies.
Q: Will you keep my images private/not use them elsewhere?
A: Yes, your images are used only for the requested service and not shared or reused without your permission.
