Who is this for?
Service businesses, schools and consultants with existing inbound enquiries. It handles that flow; it does not find new prospects or guarantee meetings or sales.
What exactly is included?
One service, one text channel, one language, up to five questions, one existing database, and either one calendar endpoint OR one manager handoff queue. The source/workflow export, 20 agreed acceptance scenarios and a short runbook are included.
Which tools can you connect?
I confirm your actual channel, database, permissions and API limits before ordering. My relevant work includes Telegram and school enrolment workflows. I do not claim certification in every CRM or promise unsupported integrations.
What if my existing software already does this?
I will tell you before ordering. A native configuration may be enough; custom development is only appropriate when there is a real gap. You do not have to buy a separate paid audit.
What do I need to provide?
Your approved questions and answers, routing or booking rules, redacted examples, and safe access to accounts you control. Please do not send passwords, API keys or private customer records in the brief.
Are AI costs and ongoing support included?
No. You own and pay for hosting, model/API usage and any paid tools. I identify the required services before we agree. This is a one-time setup; ongoing maintenance is a separate scope, not an automatic subscription.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated adjustment to the agreed questions, wording or routing within the same workflow. New channels, services, databases, languages or integrations require a separate quote. Defects against the agreed acceptance criteria are not scope upgrades.
Can it send messages or book appointments automatically?
Only the exact actions and data use you approve for this workflow. Uncertain cases go to a person. The booking path must confirm the result in your calendar; it must not invent availability or silently treat a failed write as success.
