Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please! Send me a message before ordering so we can discuss your brand, product, target audience and goals. This also allows me to confirm availability and recommend the right package or create a custom offer.
Do you write the script?
Yes. Script and concept development are included in my packages. If you already have a script or creative brief, I can work with that as well. I always adapt the content to sound natural and authentic in Dutch.
Can I use the UGC video for paid advertising?
Yes. My packages include 3 months of paid advertising usage rights. If you'd like to use the content for a longer period, additional usage rights can be purchased in 3-month increments.
What is included in a revision?
One revision is included and covers reasonable editing adjustments within the agreed concept and approved script. A completely new concept, script or reshoot is not considered a revision and may require an additional fee.
What is an additional hook?
An additional hook is an alternative opening for the same UGC video, perfect for testing different angles in TikTok, Instagram or Meta ads. The main body and CTA of the video remain the same.
Do I need to send you the product?

Do you accept all types of UGC projects?
No. I do not create content for gambling, casino or real-money gaming platforms. I also do not provide paid or fake customer reviews, testimonials or ratings. I only create authentic branded UGC for products and services that I feel comfortable promoting.
