What do I need to get started?
Once the order is placed, I’ll ask you a few key questions about your brand/company that will be essential for creating your logo design.
Are your designs original?
Yes, all my designs are 100% unique and original. I create everything from scratch, with no use of clipart or templates.
How does revision work?
A revision refers to modifications of the chosen design, such as changes to the font, color, or arrangement of elements. It does not involve creating a completely new design.
How long do revisions take?
It usually takes about 1-3 hours, but it depends on the complexity of the revision and the current queue of orders. If there are many orders in the queue, it may take longer, but it will not exceed 12-24 hours.
What is a 3D mockup?
A 3D mockup is a rendered, presentable image that gives a realistic view of how the logo design will look when printed. It helps you visualize the design in a more tangible way.
What is a vector file?
A vector file is a graphic file that uses mathematical formulas to create images, allowing them to be resized without losing quality. Vector files can be scaled to any size, making them ideal for logos and banners. Adobe Illustrator or similar software is required to open and edit vector files.
What is a source file?
A source file is the original, editable file used to create a design, containing layers, elements, and settings for modifications. Typically created in programs like Adobe Photoshop (.PSD), source files may lose sharpness if enlarged too much. Adobe Photoshop or similar software is needed to edit.

We do not offer refunds; however, if the error is on our part—such as poor quality work, not following the brief, or being unreachable for more than 24 hours—we are happy to provide a full refund.
Why my order was canceled?
Orders with not enough info, not properly filled requirements/left blank, unresponsive orders, jobs not matching this gig, complex illustrations with no prior consulting/not matching the package, revisions not providing feedback, rude behavior. Seller reserves the right to cancel orders.
